with all of it blended into a shake, you can fit more raw veggies and fruits in that shake than you would be able to eat in a regular sitting. And it does fill you up. If you want more accurate info, watch “fat, sick, and nearly dead.”

I guess I was getting tied up in what the UN *functionally* does, not what it does in theory. I think we can both agree that the UN, in practice, often times dismisses and ignores human rights violations. That’s why I said “fuck the UN”

Because when you help others, it builds strength and grants the wisdom you need to never let your own problems get out of hand.
